急性原油蒸气吸入大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的研究 被引量:2

A STUDY ON THE LIPID PEROXIDATION INJURY OF THE RATS BY ACUTE PETROLEUM VAPOR INHALATION

摘要 本研究给予大鼠吸入原油蒸气15g/m^3×8h(急性染毒Ⅰ组)、30g/m^3×8h(急性染毒Ⅱ组),观察血液和肝脏GSH、MDA含量和GSH-Px活性变化。结果两个染毒组大鼠血GSH含量均明显减少,肝GSH-Px活性均明显下降,与空白对照组相比,统计学差异显著;两组大鼠肝MDA含量轻度增高;急性染毒Ⅱ组大鼠血MDA含量显著增高,P<0.05。本研究提示原油蒸气吸入,可削弱机体氧自由基清除系统的防卫能力,并引起一定程度的生物膜脂质过氧化损伤。表明脂质过氧化损伤反应可能是原油蒸气对机体毒性作用的机制之一。 In the present study the rats were given inhalation exposure to petroleum vapor 15g/m^3×8h(poisoned group Ⅰ)and 30g/ m^3×8h(poisoned group Ⅱ).then the changes of GSH and MDA contents and of GSH—Px activity in blood and liver were ob- served.The results showed that in both poisoned groups,the content of GSH in blood reduced significantly and the activity of GSH—Px was obviously decreased in hepatic homogenate as compared with the control group,the level of MDA in liver was increased moderately.In group Ⅱ,the level of MDA in the blood was significantly increased as compared with the control group. These findings suggest that inhalation of the petroleum vapor probably may depress the function of oxygen free radicals scav- enging system of body and cause lipid peroxidation injury of biological membrane.This experiment indicates that lipid peroxi- dation injury may be one of the toxic mechanisms for petroleum vapor to body.
