摘要
采用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC—MS)对农药叶枯灵经口染毒大鼠尿内的主要代谢产物进行了分离、鉴定。鉴定代谢产物分别为丙酮酸缩肼叉—1、3—二噻茂烷(Ⅱ)和马尿酸(Ⅰ),通过对代谢产物的化学合成,进一步确证它们的结构。并对叶枯灵在体内代谢转化过程进行了探讨。
After the oral administration of fungicide,Yekuling,to rat,the main metabolites in urine of rat were isolated and identified
by GC—MS.They were considered as pyruvic acid 1,3—dithiolan—2—ylidenhydrazone(Ⅱ)andN—benzoylglycine(Ⅰ).They
were further confirmed by means of indentfication of the synthetic compounds.The metabolic pathway of Yekuling was dis-
cussed.
