摘要
本文研究了在活性碳单组份液相吸附试验过程中,静态和动态之间的数量关系。给出了传质系数及其正确求法,导出了描述动态吸附平衡时的数学模型,编制了机算机程序。以快速模拟动态平衡,提高试验效率。该程序亦可于吸附柱设计计算。计算机软件已在pC-1500机上通过调试。并被移植到IBMPC/XT机上进一步完善。
This paper discussed the quantitative relation between continuous and tatic adsorption tests for activated carbon adsorption in solution of simple composition, and showed the correct way to get the mass transfer coefficient.And thus, derived the mathematic model for describing dynamic adsorption process in steady state.A computer program has been developed for rapid simulating dynamic adsorption, in case only static adsorption data were available.It can also be used as a calculation implement for design adsorption column.This program was achieved on PC-1500 and had been completed on IBM PC/XT.It had been applied on a test for study of aromatic hydrocarbon adsorpted by activated carbon with a very high efficiency.
