摘要 本文报道了豆制品废水厌氧处理的结果,小试和中试采用过滤器,生产装置改用上流式污泥床反应塔,控制32℃,HRT为2天,废水COD去除率可达93.5%,BOD_5去除达97%,沼气产率为3.4m^3/m^3·d,日处理60m^3废水可回收沼气400m^3。厌氧溢流液与低浓度废水混合,先以生物转盘处理,后经煤渣过滤,其出水可达到上海市排放标准。 This paper described the research on anaerobic treatment of effluent from bean processing product by using anaerobic filter (AF) at bench and pilot plant scale, and upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) reactor at production scale. The following results were obtained when temperature was at 32℃ and HRT at 2 days:Removal rate of COD:93.5%; Removal rate of BOD5:97%; Yield of biogas:3.4m^3/m^3·day. 400m^3 of biogas were obtained from 60m^3 of effluent treated per day. The anaerobic overflow and effluent at low concentration were mixed up, treated by biological rotator and then by cinder. The effluent after such treatment reached up to the 'Effluent Criteria of Shanghai Municipality'.
