NIDDM患者白细胞变形能力改变及其影响因素

ALTERATION OF WHITE CELL DEFORMABIUTY IN NIDDM PATIENTS AND THE INFLUENSING FACTORS

采用核孔薄膜滤筛法测定130例NIDDM的白细胞变形能力(WGD),发现患者WGD较正常对照组明显降低,且随着血浆Fg、血脂、HbA_1C和FBG等水平的增高、年龄的增加、病程的延长及血浆镁浓度的降低而进一步降低。提示糖尿病对WCD的降低可能与糖尿病代谢紊乱或病情失控有关。

Microfiltration technique was used to measure white cell deformability (WGD) of 130 patients with non-insulin?dependent diabetes mellitus. It was found that WCD of the diabetics decreased significantly as compared with that of 50 controls (P<0.01) and reduced further with rise in levels of plasma fibrinogen, plasma lipid, hemoglobin A1c and fa t-ing blood glucose, increase in age and duration of the disease, and reduction of plasma magnesium concentration. It was shown that the decrease in WCD in diabetes mellitus could be related to metabolic disturbance or ascribed to the fact that the disease failed to be controlled.
