颈段髓内肿瘤的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of intramedullary in cervical spinal cord

本文报告22例颈段髓内肿瘤,经病理证实计神经胶质瘤18例,其它4例。本组病人均经手术治疗,其中全切除7例,大部切除8例,部分切除7例,一般认为颈段髓内肿瘤影响四肢活动和呼吸障碍,手术危险性大,如应用显微外科技术直接切除颈段髓内肿瘤,可获得良好的效果。

Twenty-two cases of intramedullary tumor in cer-vical spinal cord are reported.There were 16 malesand 6 females.The main symptoms were neck pain,numbness,and fatigue of four limbs.The diagnosiswere established by MRI of cervical vertebrae.All tu-mors were treated surgically.Pathology examinationshowed most were astrocytoma,next were ependymo-ma.After operation,13 patients improved apparently,7 improved than before and 2 died.General speakingremoval of cervical intramedullary tumor is dangerous.For operation may cause paralysis of four limbs evenstop of respiration.But if the advanced medical appara-tus is properly used most tumor could be removed to-tally or subtotally.
