摘要
采用灵敏的免疫放射法筛查了9 251例新生儿滤纸血斑TSH水平,以监测贵州省的碘缺乏病。结果在贵阳、都匀和凯里三地区分别有39.22%、36.04%和38.80%的新生儿TSH水平升高(≥5mIU/L),但绝大多数为轻度升高(5~19.9%mlU/L。)。对TSH≥25mlU/L者追踪发现其可在2~30周中恢复正常(<5mlU/L)。新生儿暂时性高TSH血症者增多的状况,表明该地区仍有轻度碘缺乏存在。新生儿TSH筛查是监测碘缺乏病的更敏感指标。
The blood-spotted filter paper TSH levels in 9 251 neonates were screened by means of a sensitive immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) for monitoring the iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in Guizhou province. The results showed that 39. 22% .36. 04% and 38. 80% of neonates had TSH values ≥5 mIU/L in Guiyang, Duyun and Kaili areas repectively. But ,in the most of the neonates, their TSH levels showed only a mild increase (5. 0-19. 9 mlU/L). At follow-up examination,the neonates with TSH>25 mIU/L gradually had normal values (<5 mIU/L) in 2-30 weeks. Our results indicate that the presence of the transient neonatal hyperthy-rotropinemia suggests an iodine deficiency in some people of the studied areas. Neonatal TSH screening may be a more sensitive index for monitoring IDD.
