急性脑外伤后儿茶酚胺的改变

Catecholamines changes after acute head injury

本文报告25例急性闭合性脑损伤对儿茶酚胺和心脏的影响。我们发现术前及术后7天内大部分病人均有不同程度的去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和多巴胺升高。同时有84%的病人出现明显的心电图改变。而当术后病情稳定时,其血、尿中的儿茶酚胺含量和心电图又逐渐恢复正常。我们发现儿茶酚胺和心电图的改变与脑损伤的严重程度及其转归有密切关系。

Catecholamines change after acute closed head in-jury were studied.The values of norepinephrine,epinephrine and dopamine were found to be higher be-fore operation and 7-days after operation.During thisperiod,the significant electrocardiogram(ECG)changes were found in 84% of patients.The ECG andcatecholamines gradually returned to normal when thepatient's condition becoming stable.There were defi-nite relationship between the catecholamines,ECG andthe severity of head injury.It is necessary using theECG monitoring and β-blockers in these patients,in or-der to decrease the mortality.
