神经纤维瘤病合并多发性脑膜瘤四例

Neurofibromatosis associated with multiple meningiomas:a report of four cases

本文报告 CT 确诊的神经纤维瘤病(NF)合并多发性脑膜瘤4例,占同期手术的所有脑膜瘤的5.2%。其中2例分别为 NF-1和 NF-2合并的多发性脑膜瘤,另2例则为 NF-1、NF-2和多发性脑膜瘤三种病变同时存在的罕见病例。全部病例均经手术治疗,其中1例在70天内先后4次开颅切除所有4个大的肿瘤,恢复顺利。文中讨论了发生率,病因机制和诊断、治疗原则。

This paper reports 4 cases of neurofibro-matosis (NF) associated with multiple menin-giomas.All were confirmed by CT scan.Itaccounted for 5.2% to all meningiomas oper-ated in our hospital.Two patients have NF-1and NF-2 separatly,and other two patientscombined with NF-1,NF-2 and multiplemeningiomas.All the patients recieved surgi-cal treatment,one of them operated 4 timeswithin 70 days for removal of four large tu-mors.Patient recovered uneventfully.Theincidence,etiology,diagnosis and treatmentare discussed.
