本文报告5例因切除颅底肿瘤所致的颅神经损伤,包括3例面神经和2例动眼神经损伤,经颅内神经重建后,1例功能完全恢复,2例部分恢复,1例无效,另1例尚在观察中。作者介绍了颅内段颅神经直接重建的基本原则和方法。
