摘要
自1988年1月起,应用碳布修补18例硬脑膜缺损,疗效满意,现报告如下。材料和方法我们应用的碳布是兰州碳素厂生产的,它是聚丙烯腈长丝经过严格的连续预氧化工艺处理而成碳纤维,以此加工制成碳布做为人工硬脑膜,高压消毒或碘酒浸泡消毒酒精脱碘或火烧灭菌后备用。在气管插管静脉麻醉或局麻下手术。
