摘要
本文根据粘性流体力学原理和转子动力学理论,详细分析了椭圆齿轮流量计内的缝隙漏流,建立了能预测介质粘度对流量计误差特性影响的理论模型。数值计算结果表明,理论值与实验数据基本吻合。
Based on the principles of Viscous fluid mechanics and the theory of rotor dynamics, the slippages through the clearances ef an oval wheel flowmeter is analyzed, and a theoretical model which can predict the effect of fluid viscosity on the error claracteristics of the meter is developed in this paper. It has been shown that the computed results, by using the model are in a reaconable agreement with the experimental data.
