慢性粒细胞性白血病急变前后分子遗传学比较

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE MOLECULAR GENETIC BEFORE AND AFTER THE BLASTIC CRISIS

用M-bcr 3′端同源DNA探针检测7例慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML,简称慢粒)患者急变前后bcr/abl融合基因的形成特征。发现其中3倒CML患者在临床急变后出现新的bcr/abl融合基因,提示部分CML急变可能与新的bcr/abl融合基因的形成有关。

The fusion pattrens of bcr/abl hybrid gene before and after the blastic crisis in 7 CML patients were analyzed systematically by Southern blot with DNA probe homologous to M-ber 3'end. A new bcr/abl hybrid gene was discovered at the crisis stage in 3 of the patients, suggesting that different patterns of bcr/abl hybrid gene might have participated in the heterogeneity before and after the crisis of CML genetically. 4 of the 7 cases we studied did not show this. The evolution of CML may be due to the synergism of many factors.
