摘要
在三叉神经脊束核(NST)吻端记录到由非伤害性面部触觉剌激和轻机械剌激引起的神经元诱发放电;在尾端记录到由伤害性下齿槽神经电剌激引起的诱发放电。电剌激中缝大核(NRM)无谂对伤害性或非伤害性剌激引起的诱发放电均有抑制作用。NRM对NST神经元的抑制作用与电针的抑制作用有协同关系。
The discharges from neurons evokded by non-noxious facial tactile stimliu and light mechanical stimuli were recorded in the oral part of nuclei tractus spinalis nervi trigemlni (NST), and tie discharges evoked by noxious stimuli of nervus alveolaris inferior (Al) in the caudal part of NST. Stimulation of nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) could inhibit the discharges from neurons in NST evoked by either the noxious or the non-noxiousstimuli. It was shown that synergism existed between the NRM inhibitory effect on the neurons in NST and the inhibitory effect of electrical acupuncture.
