人鼻咽癌上皮细胞株HNE-2细胞遗传学研究

CYTOGENETIC STUDIES OF AN EPITHELIAL CELL LINE(HNE-2) OF HUMAN NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

对一株低分化鼻咽癌上皮细胞株HNE-2进行了细胞遗传学研究,这是第6株迄今已报道的鼻咽癌上皮细胞株染色体G显带核型资料。发现7号染色体长臂部分缺失不仅在所有5株鼻咽癌上皮细胞株中均存在,而且在鼻咽癌活检组织中也检测到。其缺失的共同区域为7q32→qter。另一标记染色体3q^+亦经常在鼻咽癌上皮细胞株及活检组织中检测到,但其断裂点及增加的染色体部分表现出很大的异质性。

Reported here were cytogenetic results of an epithelial cell line (HNE-2) established from a poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). This is the fifth case of NPC epithelial cell lines presented with banded karyotype to date in literature. A marker of partial deletion of chromosome 7q was found in all epithelial cell lines of NPC and frequently in NPC biopsy. The common region of the deletion was 7q32-qter. The marker chromosome 3q+ was also present frequently in NPC, but the break points and the additional part of the marker were variable in NPC epithelial cell lines.
