摘要
应用淋巴结短期培养法对21例恶性淋巴瘤细胞遗传学进行了研究,其结果:(1)4例无分裂相均为何杰金氏病,2例正常核型,其他均有克隆性染色体异常;(2)最多见结构重排为6q-,11q+,3号染色体与其它染色体相互易位;(3)众数为二倍体范围者治疗效果好,出现四倍体及11q+病例治疗效果不佳。指出染色体改变与恶性程度及临床疗效有关,一定程度上在预后时可加以考虑。
G-banded chromosomes from involved lymph nodes of 21 patients with malignant lymphoma were studied. No mitotic cells were found in 4 cases of Hodgkin's disease; in 2 cases only normal metaphases were found,and in others clonal chromosomal abnormalities were observed. The most common structural aberrations involved chromosomes 6, 14, 3, 7, 11,18,1, 12. The most frequent ones were 6q-(5/15), 14q + (3/15) and translocations between chromosome 3 and other chromosome. Near-diploid modal number was associated with a higher percentage of complete remission while hypotetraploidy modal number was not. Patients with 14q+ marker had a poor prognosis. Our data show that chromosome change in malignant lymphoma is very complicated, which correlates to some extent with malignant grade and clinical outcome.
