摘要
:我们采用腘股后侧轴型皮瓣的吻合血管的游离移植或局部转位移植,修复四肢软组织缺损共20例,均获得成功。文章介绍了皮瓣的应用解剖,切取方法和临床应用等。
Since 1989, soft tissue defects of extremities in 20 patients were treated with the femoro-popliteal axial flap. In a follow-up study of 6 to 12 months, satisfactory results with nocomplication were found in all the cases. This flap can be used as a free neurovascularflap or as an island flap to repair soft tissue defects of the lower limb. In this paper,the anatomy of the donor site and the procedure of operation are described.
