摘要
我们采用吻合血管的游离背阔肌肌皮瓣交腿移植术治疗伴有大面积软组织缺损的下肢严重慢性骨髓炎,受区血管均有内膜炎者共20例,经随访全部治愈并恢复体力劳动。本法特点为:背阔肌肌皮瓣的可供面积大,交腿移植不受受区血管条件限制,肌肉可填塞骨髓炎病灶清除后的死腔,血供丰富,抗感染力强,解决了骨科一个棘手难题。
A free latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap was first anastomosed to dorsal vessels of the con-tralateral leg. It was then used to cover a large defect of the leg as a result of chronic osteomyelitis. The use of such a cross-leg flap was not affected by the poor circulatory condition of the diseased leg. It was done in 20 patients with satisfactory results. All of them could take part in the physieal work.
