摘要
通过^(99mm)TC骨显像和强度试验证明,低温处理异种无机骨(LHAB)与国内外学者已使用的高温处理异种无机骨(HHAB)同样具有良好的生物相容性和骨引导性,移植修复骨性缺损后能恢复一定的强度。
Two kinds of heterogenous inorganic bone (HAB), lower temperature treated HAB (LHAB) and higher temperature treated HAB (HHAB), were implanted and observed by teehnetium-99m bone imaging and mechanical strength test. The results confirmed that the LHAB possessed biocompatibility and osteoinductivity. Half a year after implantation, LHAB induced bone formation and ■ged large osseous defect.
