摘要
我们自行设计双叶皮瓣和三点定位法,已完成50例先天性小耳畸形的耳廓、耳道再造术。术后耳廓形态自然,位置准确,部分患者听力有所提高。
The authors reconstructed the external ear and external auditory canal in fifty patients using double-lobe skin flap and three-point landmark method.After operation the new auricle is natural in appearance and correctly located. The hearing ability is increased in a part of patients. This article describes the method and main features of the operation.
