摘要
用简便易行的铜针留置术治愈8例极为棘手的海绵状血管瘤(分别位于手掌和手指、口唇、会阴和臀部及足底)。对铜针的制备、留置的方法、时间、注意事项和全身及局部反应等作了详细的描述。
8 cases of huge cavernous hemangioma (3 in hand, 2 in lip and buccal region,1 in perinium and buttock and 2 in frontal region) were treated by retaining copper needles which were inserted into the blood-filled spaces and feeders with satisfactory results. Preparation of copper needles, the technique of insertion of needles, duration of treatment, local and systemic reactions after the treatment are described.
