摘要
对100例行重睑成形术患者于术前、麻醉后及术中进行了心电图描记,结果表明:眼心反射阳性率为65%,分析了眼心反射发生的可能机理,指出应予以足够重视,做好应急准备,以策安全。
100 patients have undergone electrocardiograph before and during blepharoplasty and after anaesthesia. The results show that the positive rate of oculocardiac reflex is 65%. The mechanism of occurrence of oculocardiac reflex is analysed. It has also been pointed out that great attention should he paid to the phenomenon and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of oculocardiac reflex.
