当前,社会主义制度面临着严峻挑战。东欧巨变,苏联解体,从根本上说,是社会主义公有制内在矛盾的积累和发展的必然结果。片面地理解和宣传社会主义“经济关系和谐”,“根本利益一致”、“同志式合作关系”,使社会主义公有制的内在矛盾由于掩盖而没有得到调节和缓解,造成了停滞与落后。为了坚持社会主义制度,巩固、完善和发展全民所有制,我们必须解决全民所有制的内在矛盾,而认识矛盾,揭示矛盾是解决矛盾的前提。 本文是承担的《关于全民所有制的巩固、完善和发展研究》国家赞助课题研究组初步成果中的一部分。由秦贤正执笔。
Socialist system is confronting with trying challenges. The huge changes taken place in East Europe and the ex—Soviet are the inevitable results from the accumulation of the inner contradictions of the public ownership. Such onesided comprehension and propaganda as' Socialist economic relationship is harmonious', 'Its fundamental interest is identical' 'Its cooperative relationship is such as of comrades' etc. played the roll of covering the inner contradictions and hence stunting proper adjustment, resulting in stagnation and backwardness. To keep to Socialist system, to consolidate, improve and develop the public ownership, it is necessary to solve the inner contradictions, and the prerequisite for this purpose lies in the recognition and exposure of the contradictions. The paper is part of the initial accomplishment procured by the group of the state sponsored study project 'On the Consolidation, Improvment and development of Public Ownership'.
