A Method and System of Recognizing Unconstrained Handwitten Arabic Numbers

本文提出一种应用贯空特征码识别自由手写阿拉伯数字的方法,在研究了大量的手写数字贯穿码的基础上,得到了14个分类决策条件,并将它们应用于数字识别系统,收到了很好的识别效果。

A method of recognizing handwritten numbers by using cross feature code is presented in this paper. Fourteen classification conditions are obtained, on the basis of studying a lot of cross feature codes of handwritten Arabic numbers without constraint. We achieve very nice results as they arc used for recognition system.
