摘要
根据作者提出的配制新型多元系准晶的成分加和原则,本文采用急冷和慢冷制得了两种四元系Al-Cu-Fe-Co和Al-Cu-Fe-Mo准晶体。采用X射线衍射、光学金相显微镜、透射电子显微镜以及差热分析,对这两种新系列准晶体的结构、成分以及热稳定性进行了分析,给出了这两类准晶体形成的一般规律。本文还用扫描电子显微镜研究了这两类准晶体的生长形貌。
According to the principle of composition additivity in the constitution of quasicrystalssuggested by the authors, two kinds of quarternary Al-Cu-Fe-Co and Al-Cu-Fe-Mo qua-sicrystalline alloy powders and bulk samples were produced by means of rapid solidificationand slow cooling. Rapidly quenched, slowly cooled and annealed structure as well as thermalstability of the quasicrystals were examined by use of X-ray diffraction, optical microscope,transmission electron microscope and differential thermal analysis. In addition, the growthmorphology of the quasicrystals was studied by scanning electron microscope.
