摘要
目前广泛应用于岩土工程领域的气动冲击加载机械能量利用率低的主要原因之一为:冲击机构产生的应力波形不适用于岩土类介质。为提高这类机械的能量利用率,本文提出了一种新型节能的冲击加载传力机构。数值计算结果表明:使用这种简单实用的新型冲击机构后,其气动冲击加载机械的能量利用率可提高8%左右。
One of the main reasons why pneumatic impact-loading machines which are widely used
in rock and soil engineering and are of relatively low efficiencies of energy transmission is
that stress waveforms produced by impact of the pistons in these machines are not suitable
for rock and soil materials.To raise the efficiency of energy transmission in this kind of ma-
chines the author proposed a new impact-loading mechanism.The computation shows that
using this new simple and practical impact-loading mechanism the efficiency of energy trans-
mission can be increased by about 8 percent.
