摘要
本文以HMO法对新合成显色剂2-(2′-苯并咪唑偶氮)-5-N-羧甲基苯甲酸(BIACAB)的结构、电子分布和可离解质子的结合方式进行了研究,其结果可与分光光度测定BIACAB的有关数值相比较,从而获得试剂的一些重要信息。
The distribution of π-electron cloud and the conjugate molecular orbital levels of a
reagent 2-(2′-benzimidazolylazo)-5-N-carboxymethylaminobenzoic acid(BIACAB)have been calculated using the Hūckel Molecular Orbital(HMO)method.The equilibrium shapes of the reagent in aqueous solution of various acidity have been studied by comparison of these resuits with the experimental data from absorption spectra.
