摘要
研究了稀土Al-Mg系合金车身板材成分与力学性能的关系。结果表明,该合金系最佳综合性能的成分是,Mg:(4.5~5.0)wt%,Cu:(0.4~0.6)wt%,余量为Al,同时加入微量稀土和快凝Al-5Ti-1B粉未。在本实验条件下,合金的力学性能可达σ_b=284MPa,σ_(0.2)=114MPa,δ=32%。此外,本文还根据X-射线衍射结果对成分与性能的关系进行了讨论,认为该合金系的强化机制主要表现为固溶强化。
The relation between composition and mechanical properties of RE Al-Mg alloy sheet for auto bodyhas been studied. It is shown that the composition range of the alloy with the best comprehensive mechani-cal properties is Al-(4.5~5. 0) wt% Mg-(0. 4~0. 6) wt% Cu with (0. 1~0. 2) wt% RE and a traceamount of rapidly solidified Al-5Ti-1B powder. The mechanical properties of the alloy studied can reach:σ_b=284 MPa, σ_(0.2)=114 MPa, δ=32%. Moreover, the relation between composition and properties of thealloy has been discussed based on the result of X-ray diffraction. It is suggested that the main strengthen-ing mechanism might be the solution hardening.
