复合材料界面强度的Marshall法测定及其与材料断裂韧性的关系 被引量:3

摘要 成功地用Marshall法测定了Nicalon SiC/7740玻璃复合材料的界面强度τ,研究了纤维在600℃空气中热暴露时的失重、热暴露时间t对τ的影响,以及τ与断裂韧性K_(10)的关系。研究发现:随着t的延长,开始纤维失重剧烈增加,之后趋于恒定。同时发现:在实验范围内,随着t的延长,τ增加,K_(10)激剧下降,即K_(10)随τ的增加而下降。 The interface bond strength,τ,of Nicalon SiC/7740 glass composite was measured us-ing Marshall indentation method in the present paper.The weight-loss of fiber exposured inair at 600℃,the effect of exposing time on τ,the relationship between τ & fracture toughnessK_(?) were also dealt with.It was discovered that the weight-loss of fiber increased sharply,then reached to a constant,with the exposing time elongating.It was also discovered thatthe τ value increased and K_(?) decreased with (?) in the rang of experiment,e.g.K_(?) decreased with τ increasing.A necessary analysis and discussing was also given in the present paper.
