摘要 本文作者首次提出了采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)技术制备高纯医用氟磷灰石(FAP)粉末,研究了采用粉末冶金技术制取的FAP陶瓷的物理和力学性能,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差热分析(TG/DTA)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段,得出如下重要结论:FAP相结构稳定,在0~1350℃温度范围内无任何相变,使其适合于通过高温烧结制备活性生物陶瓷,在1175℃下烧结90min,可以制得最佳性能的FAP陶瓷材料,其抗弯强度为81MPa,抗压强度为372MPa。 The ultrapure and medically used Fluoroapatite (FAP) powder is prepared firstly by Sol-Gel technique in this research. The physical and mechanical properties of FAP ceramics prepared by P/M technique are also studied. The X-ray diffractometer, TG/DTA analyser and scanning electron microscopy are used. Several important results are obtained and showed as follows. FAP phase is very stable which has no phase transformation in the tem- perature range of 0℃ to 1 350℃, which makes it suitable to produce active bioceramics through high-temperature sintering. FAP ceramics with excellent properties were obtained by sintering at 1 175℃ for 90 min, the bending strength of which is 81 MPa and the com- pressive strength of which is 372 MPa.
