摘要
用盐酸萃取法和湿灰化法处理油茶叶试样,将其配制成3种pH值、4种不同浓度水平的稀溶液测定钾离子的含量。并对其稳定性进行研究,结果表明,这些溶液增加5%浓度的最短时间为6小时,浓度的增大增量为1.099ppm;浓度较高并已酸化的溶液,其稳定性可保持30小时以上。
Samples of oil tea camellia leaves were extracted by HCl or treated by wet ash method using HNO_3—H_2SO_4—HClO_4. In order to determine the content of potassium ion, the dilute solution was made into three pH levels and four concentrations. The stability of the solutions was tested. The shortest time was six hours for all solutions when the concentration of potassium ion increased 5 percent, and the highest increment tested was 1. 099ppm. With higher concentrations of potassium and hydrogen ions, the solutions remained stable for more than 30 hours.
