摘要
本文运用几何方法,对带式运输机过渡曲线设计中经常遇到的曲率半径,以及曲率半径与水平段、倾斜段衔接的尺寸计算问题,进行了分析和研究,提出了一种能满足实际生产需要的简化计算方法。
The transition curve of belt conveyor is designed by the use of plane geometry. The curvature radius, the length of the link-up parts between the curve line segment and the horizontal parts, and the length of the link-up parts between the curve parts and the tilt line segment, are calculated. This simplified calculation can satisfy the requirements of practical production.
