摘要
本文以膜片弹簧工作点最大当量应力为目标函数,并充分考虑了约束边界的模糊性,探讨了林用车辆离合器膜片弹簧的模糊优化设计方法。采用本法进行设计,具有方便、简捷,精度高,使用寿命长的特点。并能满足其他类型汽车和工程机械类似的膜片弹簧设计的要求,可在有条件的单位推广应用。
The Optimum method to design the diaphragm spring for clutches of forestry vehicles by the use of fuzzy theory was studied. With the greatest equivalent stress of diaphragm spring's working point as the objective function, six restrained conditions as well as their fuzzy features were considered in the calculation. This method makes design work simpler, but the products thus designed are higher in accuracy and have a longer service life. The method is also useful for other automobile and machinery factories to design similar diaphragm springs.
