摘要
1985～1991年成功摘除9例心脏粘液瘤,其中左房8例、右房1例。本文对9例病例进行了分析,讨论了心脏粘液瘤患者的临床症状、体征,并对术中、术后遇到的问题及治疗方法提出了看法。
9 cases of cardiac myxoma were resected successfully from 1985～1991 in the department. Myxomas of 8 cases were located in the left atrium, and one case in the right atrium. Clinical manifestations, symptoms and physical findings of the cardiac tumor were discussed and according to these clinical experinces, a suggestion of operative treatment in the future was put forth.
