摘要
单侧完全性唇裂术后鼻畸形的修复,术式多,效果常欠满意。本组33例结合常用的修复方法同时植入2种或3种硅胶模型,以增加鼻部美容的效果,术后满意者21例,占64％;效果一般者12例,占36％。
Secondary nasal deformity revision after complete unilateral cleft lip repair has long been a challenge to most plastic surgeons. On the basis of the various methods used in the literature, the authors developed thief own sequence of treatments to correct the various components of the deformity in one operation together with silicone implantations to restore the newly repaired nasal contour. Thirty-three cases altogether have been treated in this hospital since 1986 with satisfactory resuits. The surgical technique used in these patients is discussed in detail.
