红细胞膜表面负电荷减少与糖尿病血管病变之关系

摘要 应用质点微电泳仪研究糖尿病并发血管病变患者和糖尿病兔模型的红细胞膜表面电荷的改变。结果显示糖尿病并发血管病变患者红细胞电泳率显著降低(p<0.01)及糖尿病兔模型红细胞电泳率显著降低(0.634±0.153μm/s·V·cm,p<0.01)。提示红细胞膜表面负电荷的减少可能是造成糖尿病血管病变的原因之一。 The change of electric charge on the surface of erythrocyte membranes of diabetes mellitus rabbit model and clinical diabetic patients was studied by using particle microelectrophoresis apparatus. The results shown that the decrease of erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility of diabetic patients and rabbit model was statistically significant. It was discussed that the decrease of negative electric charge on surface of erythrocyte membranes might be one cause of inducing diabetic angiopathy.
