腭咽部X线头影测量中有关因素的逐步回归分析

STEPWISE REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF MEASURING OF VELOPHARYNGEAL X-RAY ANATOMY STRUCTURES

对腭咽部X线解剖结构测量数据进行了直线相关和多因素逐步回归分析,试图找出腭咽部各成分间的相互关系,并预测涉及腭咽部解剖关系改变的手术对此区域的影响。结果发现,上颌骨的前后移动与咽深度改变关系最为密切,第一颈椎前结节的位置对咽深度也产生一定影响。

Measuring data of X-ray anatomy structures of the velopharyngeal area were treated with statistical method of step regression analysis to try to find the relationship between each composition of the velopharyngeal area. In addition, effort has been made to calculate any factor htat may exert influence on the area after the operation, which changes the velopharyngeal anatomy. Results indicated that the forward and backward movement of maxillar and change of pharyngeal depth were main factors influencing the velopharyngeal anatomy. And the position of anterior tubercle of atlas has some influence over pharyngeal depth.
