支气管哮喘患者外周淋巴细胞β肾上腺素能受体、通气功能及气道反应性之间的相关 被引量:1

CORRELATION BETWEEN βAR IN HUMAN PERIPHERAL LYMPHOCYTES, VENTILATORY FUNCTIONS AND BRONCHIAL REACTIVITY IN ASTHMATICS

摘要 测定19例临床缓解期哮喘患者及22例正常人外周淋巴细胞β肾上腺素能受体、通气功能及气道反应性。结果显示。 β-adrenoeeptors in peripheral lymphocytes, ventilatory functions and bronchial reactivity in 19 asthmatics during remission stage and 22 normal volunteers were measured and the correlation between them was analysed. The results showed that Bmax of beta-adrenoceptor in asthmatics (7586±833 receptors/per cell) was markedly higher than that in normal subjects (4406±484 receptors/per cell), p<0.01, while the Kds between the groups were not significantly different, p>0.05. Further analysis demonstrated that the Bmax of beta-adrenoceptors in the asthmatics with obstructive ventilatory defect (6570±769 receptors/per cell, n=15) was lower than that of asthmatics without obstructive ventilatory defect (11396±1814 receptors/per cell, n=4), p<0.02. It was also showed that neither airway reactivity nor ventilatory functions correlated with changes of beta-adrenoceptor in peripheral lymphocytes in asthmatics.
