摘要
并存畸形的室间隔缺损38例,术前明确诊断者27例,超声心动图检查有助于正确诊断,38例手术治疗死亡2例,总结了术前诊断、手术并存畸形的治疗经验。
38 cases of ventricular septal defect complicated with other cardiac maliformation were treated from Oct of 1984 to Dec of 1990 in our Department. The diagnosis was made preoperatively in 27 cases. The examination of UCG is useful to make a correct diagnosis. 38 cases were operated. Among of them, 2 cases died. Diagnosis, outcome and key point of operative technique in these patients were presented.
