摘要
采用诱发小鼠脑胶质母细胞瘤G_(422)瘤株进行卡氮芥(BCNU)与铜铁制剂(AC7851)联合用于抗脑胶质瘤,结果显示:小剂量BCNU(10 mg/kg)与AC 7851(0.96g/kg)联合应用,荷瘤小鼠生存期延长23.62%~40.09%;且能明显抑制肿瘤生长,抑瘤率为54.60%~81.90%。联合用药时使肿瘤细胞周期G_1期细胞减少10.6%,S期细胞增加10.4%。同时使骨髓造血祖细胞(GM-CFU)克隆形成率恢复正常。上述结果表明AC 7851可增强BCNU的抗脑胶质瘤作用,同时减轻BCNU的骨髓抑制作用。
The animal model of glioblastoma (G422) established in Kunming mice was used for studying the anticancer effect of BCNU combined AC 7851. The results showed: The survival time of tumor-bearing mice treated with BCNU and AC 7851 was markedly prolonged as compared with that of the control group. The life span was significantly increased by 23. 60% to 40. 09%. The tumor inhibitory rate was 54. 60%~81.90%. Meanwhile, in BCNU combined with AC 7851 treatment group, the phase of G_1 cell increased by 10. 6 % , the phase of S cell increased by 10. 4 % as compared with those of control group. Moreover, in BCNU combined with AC 7851 treatment group GM-CFU maintained in normal level. The above results suggest that BCNU combined with AC 7851 might be used effectively for glioblstoma patient.
