51例冠心病患者的动态心电图分析

ANALYSIS OF ECG OF 51 CASES WITH TRANSIENT MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA

对584例24h动态心电图中有一过性心肌缺血的51例冠心病患者进行分析,发现51例中有144次缺血发作,其中无症状性发作114次(占79.2％)、症状性发作30次(占20.8％)。无症状性发作明显多于症状性发作,尤其是心梗后患者,且其无症状性发作的频度及持续时间与非心梗患者组相比,有显著差异(p<0.05)。说明无症状性心肌缺血有重要临床意义。

In the 584 cases with 24 hour Holter monitoring, there were 51 cases with the attack of transient myocardial ischemia and 144 ischemic episodes in total. In the 144 ischemic episodes, 114 episodes (79. 2%) were asymptomatic. There is significant difference (p<0. 05) between frequency and duration of the asymptomatic attack of postmyocardial infarction group and that of nonmyocardial infarction group, These results indicated that asymptomatic episodes are more important.
