摘要
对181例各种类型的自身免疫病患者血清抗核抗体ANA使用Hep-2细胞作抗原的过氧化物酶技术进行了ANA检测,并与间接免疫荧光法进行了比较。证实两种方法的相符率较高,特别是对红斑狼疮、结缔组织病、硬皮病的检测,符合率为93.3%~100%,对用其它方法检出率较低的类风湿的检测符合率也可达71.4%。在敏感性和特异性方面两法没有明显区别。认为用Hep-2细胞作抗原的酶染色法,具有方法简便、不需使用荧光显微镜、细胞及核仁体积较大、易于分型等优点。
Sensitivity of ANA detected by peroxidase staining technique with Hep-2 cell as antigen was evaluated. Comparison between this technique and the indirect fluorescence antibody technique was made in 181 cases of various autoimmune diseases. There is a high coincidence rate between them. Especially in lupus erythematosus,connective tissue diseases and scleroderma,it reached to 93.3%~100%. The detection rate of rheumatoid reached 71.4% by this method, while it would be very low by using other techniques. There is no significant difference in sensitivity and specificity between the peroxidase staining techinque and the fluorescence antibody technique. There are a lot of advantages in this technique:the procedure is simple, the expensive equipment such as fluorescence microscope is not needed,the volume of cell and nucleoli observed are bigger and typing cells is easy.
