木菠萝Artocarpus heterophyllus种子的湿藏研究

A Reasonable Suggestion on Moist Storage of Jackfruit(Artocarpus heterphyllus Lam.)Seed

木菠萝Artocarpus heterophyllus 种子是顽拗性种子,本文试图探明它的湿藏可行性.将种子先行部分脱水(含水量约51%),然后放入扎有针孔的袋中,再套入含水量为50%的珍珠岩袋中,分别在5℃、10℃及15℃中贮藏.贮于5℃及10℃中的种子先后发生零上低温伤害.15℃的贮藏效果最佳,种子寿命延长至815天.

Moist storage of jackfruit seeds was investigated and the experimentalresults noted that the longevity of seeds could be extened for more than twoyears in moist at 15°C.The evidences showed that moist storage may be a reason-able way for storage of recalcitrant seeds.At 5° C,chilling injury occurredafter storage for 40 days,while it occurred after storage for more than 300 daysat 10°C.In order to prevent the infection by mold and the spontaneous germination,healthy seeds should be selected and rinsed thoroughly.And then partial dryingshould be taken.Seeds were stored in a polythene bag(inner)with some tinyholes and was put in an outer bag contained perlite with 50% moisture content.This method was more or less beneficial to maintain moist and gas exchange.
