摘要
用熔融织构法生长YBa_2 Cu_3(CuTe)xOy 系列,实验结果表明,生长过程中(CuTe)O_3 的参与有助于YBa_2 Cu_3 Oy 织构的形成,Te 可能具有俘获O 的能力.
Series of YBa_2Cu_3(CuTe)_xO_y(Where x=0.0,0.05,0.1)samples are grownwith the technique of partial melting process.The measurements of the X-raymultidiffraction lines of(001),the crystalline layers microstructure detected bySEM,and the linear relationship between resistance and temperature in the normalstate are carried out.The results indicats that the addition of(CuTe)O_3 contrib-utes to the formation of YBa_2Cu_3O_y textures.The Tc values of the as-preparedsamples(without any heat treatment performed)show that Te may trap oxygenarround,which probably simplifies the texture processing.
