摘要
水葫芦具有很强的降解酚的能力,它的根、叶片、叶柄的匀浆对酚的降解过程都遵循一级反应的规律,它们的降酚速度常数分别为0.4~0.6、0.2~0.4和0.1~0.2.使用蛋白质沉淀剂能大大降低它们的活性,使之降酚速度常数降低到0.01~0.1.匀浆降酚的最佳温度在30℃左右,过高(45℃)或过低(5℃)的温度都会明显地抑制酚的降解·上述表明,植物体细胞中的酶是使酚降解的主要原因之一.微粒体、线粒体氧化酚的能力很强,它们的降酚活性可高达3.7μg酚·mg^(-1)蛋白质·h^(-1).
Water hyacinths have a strong capacity for removing phenol.The processof degrading phenol with the homogenate of the root,leaf and leafstalk of the plantsconforms to the dynamic process of the first order reaction,and the velocity cons-tants of phenol removal are 0.4~0.6,0.2~0.4 and 0.1~0.2,respectively.Degradationis strongly inhibited by protein-precipitating agents,with the velocity constansreduced to 0.01~0.1.The optimum temperature for removing phenol with the homogenate is about30℃.Higher than(45℃)or lower than(5℃)temperature would markedly inhibit theremoving rate.It is shown that enzyme in the cell of the plant is one of the mainelements which remove phenol.There are strong activities of oxidation of phenol in microsomal and mitoch-ondried fractions.Their removing capacityis as high is as 3.7 μg_(Phenol)·mg^(-1)_(Prot)·h^(-1).
