摘要 建立了一种集装箱江海直达运输的技术经济论证模型.考虑到江海直达船在海上运动比较剧烈的特点,在船舶运输技术经济论证中定量计入了耐波性对船舶营运的影响,分析了武汉—大阪之间的集装箱运输问题,确定了经济上有利的运输方式和船队方案,探讨了耐波性对江海直达运输论证结果的影响,并且进行了敏感性分析.论证结果可供制订外贸水运政策和运输管理决策时参考. A techno-economic evaluation model of river-sea containership directtransportation is developed in this paper.The ration effect of the ship's seakeep-ing properties on transport business is incorporated in the techno-economic evalu-ation of ship transportation,because river-sea utility ships always have seriousmotions at a heavy sea.Container transportation on the route of Wuhan-Osakaof Japan was analyzed.The feasible transport fashion and fleet configurationwas decided.The influence of seaworthiness of ships on the evaluation conclusionof river-sea direct transportation was investigated.In addition,a sensitivityanalysis was carried out.The results of the evaluation may be applicable to theformulation of the policy for ship transport for oversea trade and to the deci-sion on transport management.
