摘要
本文基于AR模型参数的Livenson-Durbin算法提出了一种AR模型的在线建模算法,与已有的递推最小二乘法相比,具有相同的精度,而计算量要少得多.通过对精镗孔加工尺寸预报控制的模拟计算表明,应用本文提出的在线建模方法进行加工尺寸的预报控制是完全可行的.
Forecasting control of machining dimensions with the Time SeriesMethod is an effective approach for improving the accuracy of machining.Ow-ing to various factors,the parameters of the mathematical model are time-vary-ing.As a result,on-line modeling is necessary for forecasting control.Inthis paper an on-line algorithm for the AR model is developed on the basis ofLivenson-Durbin algorithm.In comparison with the recursive Least-Squaremethod,it has the same computatinal accuracy but much less computationaloperation.The result of analogous computation for the forecasting control ofprecision boring diameters shows that the algorithm proposed in this paper isfully suited for the forecasting control of machining dimensions.
