蚂蚁乙肝宁转换HBV—M480例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Mayi Yiganning on the Transformation of HBV—M:Report of 480 Cases

观察蚂蚁乙肝宁对 HBV-M480例转换的效果,并用其它免疫制剂和药物治疗的460例作对照。结果表明:观察组检测5项 HBV-M 转化率均显著高于对照组(P 均<0.01),其中尤以 HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBe 转化显著,HBsAg 阴转率高达37.92%,对临床症状的改善和肝功能的恢复也均有良好的效果。

The effect of Mayi Yiganning on the transformation of HBV—M was observed in 480 cases,with a control group of 460 cases treated with other remedies and immune products.Results showed that the ratesof transformation for 5 indices of HBV—M were sig-nificantly higher than the control group(all P<0.01).Among them.HBsAg,HBeAg,anti—HBechanges were especially distinctive,with the rate ofnegative HBsAg as high as 37.92%.The effects onamelioration of symptoms,recovery of liver functionswere also satisfactory.
