降脂口服液治疗原发性高脂血症疗效观察

Observation of Jangzi Liquor at Correcting Primary Hyperlipoproteinemia

本文观察了降脂口服液治疗333例原发性高脂血症患者的疗效,并与口服维生素E进行比较。结果:用药12周时治疗组TC、TG、TC—HDL— ch/HDL—ch下降及HDL—ch上升值。与服药前相比,均有非常显著性差异(R<0.001),而且疗效维持至少4周。各项显效与总有效率分别在 59％与92％以上,除HDL—ch外,其余项疗效均明显优于对照组。服药期间无明显毒副反应。

Antihyperlipoproteinemie effect of Jangzi Liquor in 333 primary hyperlipo- proteinemic patients was observed and the Vitamin E selected as the control drug. The study indicated after 12 weeks treatment that TC, TG, TC-HDL-Ch/HDL -Ch decreased and HDL-Ch increased very significantly compared to that before liquor taking (P<0.001). The effective rate and the total effective rate were 59% and 92% respectively. No side-effects or toxic effects were found.
