黄精枸杞甘草对果蝇抗衰老作用的研究

ABSTRACTS OF ORIGINNAL ARTICLES Studies on Antisenility Functions of Rhizoma Polygonati, Fructus Lycii and Radix Glycyrrhizae in the Fruit Fly

本文采用不同的工艺条件对黄精、枸杞、甘草加以水提,以黄精水提液和三味药混合水提液分别进行果蝇饲养,测定果蝇飞翔能力,抗高温能力、平均寿命三个定量指标,结果表明黄精对果蝇确有明显的抗衰老作用,而且枸杞、甘草的配伍将会加强这种作用。

Under certain conditions, three kinds of chinese herbs (Polyganatum sibiri cure Red., Lycium chinensis Mill, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch) was extracted with hot water. In the antisenility experiment in american wildtype drosophite melanogaster, three factors (ablity of flying, anti-high temperature and the life span) were investigated. The result showed that the extract of Rhizoma Polygonati had positive effects on the antisenility function efficiently, the addition of Fructus Lycii and Radix Glycyrrhizae would strengthen the antisenility functions in the fruit fly.
